Terms:
- Free delivery on orders over BGN 50 for within Bulgaria to an office of Econt. For orders up to BGN 50, a delivery fee of BGN 5 is charged, which applies only to deliveries to an office of Econt. For deliveries to the client's address a fee of BGN 7 is charged, regardless of the value of the order.
- For orders outside Bulgaria, please contact us at saris@lavender.bg for more details.
- Orders lacking Name, Address and Contact number are not processed! This is mandatory information when sending shipments by courier.
- Orders made and confirmed by 4 p.m. (GMT+2) on a working day are processed and sent on the same day. When ordering to an office of Econt, the customer receives the products the next working day! Shipments in the offices of Econt are also received on Saturdays until 1 p.m. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are confirmed and shipped on Monday.
- If it is not possible to deliver the next day, we will notify you in advance.
- After receiving your order, we will contact you personally at the specified phone number and only after your confirmation will we start processing your order.
- For orders that have been refused after they had been sent by courier, the amount for the courier service in both directions is due.
- Goods may be returned in accordance with the provisions of the CPA, in which case the courier service fees are at the expense of the customer.
