The following business Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the e-shop LavenderBG or shop.lavender.bg, as seller on one hand, and the users (clients, customers) of the website and services located on the domain lavender.bg (abbreviated as "website"), as buyers on the other. These terms and conditions bind all users who, by clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of lavender.bg (except for the link to these "Terms and Conditions") agree, fully accept and undertake to comply with these "Terms and Conditions".

Registration
From LavenderBG you can place an order as a guest or as a registered user.
To register, you must choose a unique username and password, as well as specify a delivery address, name and surname, e-mail, contact phone number and your data will be stored in our database. After successful registration and storage of your data in the system, with each new order you will have the opportunity to change the delivery address and personal data, as well as to appoint your representative to accept the order, if necessary. By clicking the "Order" button, you make an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, which confirms that you are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Data confidentiality
The personal data provided by the clients to LavenderBG (names, address, telephone, e-mail, etc.) will be used only in connection with and for the needs of the contractual relations of the parties and in your service as a client - for processing and delivery of the order, contacting you and delivery of information in the form of a newsletter (whose subscription you can cancel at any time), in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. LavenderBG undertakes not to provide your personal data in any form to third parties, nor to use it for purposes other than the above.
Order
You can order from LavenderBG 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. All orders are processed from 9:00 to 18:00 on working days only.
An order properly filled in and sent through the website or phone call is a binding proposal to enter into a distance (online) selling contract with the selling party, where the buyer is bound for a period of 21 days from sending the order to enter into a contract with the selling party.
The sales contract itself is prepared by the selling party and is considered valid after the selling party sends the goods to the recipient.
Given the fact that the sales contract concluded between the online store and users of the site is concluded on the basis of an offer from the supplier to the consumer as part of a system for selling goods, where from the time of the offer to the conclusion of the contract, as well as for the time of concluding the contract, the parties are not in physical contact with each other, the contract is a contract for distance selling according to the provisions of the CPA.
The user has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to withdraw its offer to conclude a contract of purchase without due any penalties, until the moment of dispatch of the goods. The user undertakes to notify the seller of this fact by email or phone call.
The products purchased on the site shop.lavender.bg are not intended for resale.
Price of the order
The final amount due is the sum of all the individual products that the consumer has requested, plus the delivery price and possibly the insurance price of the shipment. All prices include VAT and are not subject to change from the time of ordering to the time of payment. The prices are indicated in BGN or EUR. A receipt or invoice is attached to each order.
Difficulties in fulfilment of the order
Possible difficulties in carrying out the order:
- One or more of the ordered items are not available; in such circumstances, a representative of LavenderBG will contact you as soon as possible;
- Delivery / invoice address is incomplete or incorrect;
- Wrong customer contact phone number.
Methods of payment
- Cash on delivery (COD, payment upon delivery) - the buyer pays the entire amount due to the courier upon receipt of the order;
- Payment by bank transfer - the order is processed and sent by the seller only after the payment of the amount due by the buyer is received in the bank account of the seller. Upon receipt of the order, the buyer does not owe any payment to the courier.
- Payment by debit or credit card, through a virtual POS terminal (Maestro, Borika, Visa, Mastеcard). The merchant (LavenderBG) does not store bank card data. All card data is entered in the platform or payment page of the DSK servicing bank (part of the OTP group). Payment security is protected by the Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecurCode systems. If it is necessary to return amounts paid by card, this will be done by us through a transaction only on the card with which the payment was made, within 14 working days.
Delivery
When ordering from the website LavenderBG, the delivery is made only on the territory of Bulgaria. The delivery is made within 1-3 working days and through the courier services of ECONT. Goods can be sent by other courier at the customer's request, but in this case the prices of delivery and cash on delivery are agreed between the customer and the courier and are entirely at the expense of the customer, regardless of the value of the order.
Deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria can be arranged over email or phone call, followed by email confirmation.
Withdrawal from the contract
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the amount will be refunded to the buyer without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller receives notice from the buyer to withdraw from the contract.
In case the product has been used, the concluded contract cannot be cancelled. It is also not possible to withdraw from a contract for products whose nature precludes this, mainly from a hygienic point of view (e.g. roll ons, creams, conditioners, etc.). In the event that the returned product is incomplete, damaged or visibly used, the seller has the right to claim compensation for damages.
For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from a contract, the buyer should notify the seller of the withdrawal by e-mail at: saris@lavender.bg
Reclamation
Although the claim rate is extremely low, it's good to know that LavenderBG products have the same warranty as standard stores. It is in our interest to settle your complaint as soon as possible.
The statutory deadline for reviewing a claim is 30 days after the date of its filing.

Attach a description of the reason for the reclamation and a copy of the invoice / receipt for the purchased product or information about you to identify your purchase (usually this is the name to which we sent the order or a phone number). Please indicate the bank account number to which you wish to be refunded for the returned product, in case your claim is approved.
Be sure to provide us with complete contact information, including email and phone number, to notify you of the progress of the claim.
Your shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable.
Do not ship the goods with transport companies that will require cash on delivery from us. In this case, the shipment will not be accepted.

Use of discounts and vouchers
The seller provides various discounts (for loyal customers, quantity, etc.). Each discount has different rules of application.
In the event that a discount or discount voucher is not applied in accordance with the rules of the respective discount or discount voucher, the seller has the right not to respect the acceptance of such discount or discount voucher. In this case, the buyer will be informed and will be offered the opportunity to place an order without the corresponding discount or the attached discount voucher.
The rules and conditions for using the respective discount are attached either directly to the discount (in the form of information) or in the case of the discount a link to websites is provided, where the rules for the discount are described in detail. In case of ambiguity in the interpretation of the discount, the interpretation of the manner of use by the seller applies.
Each discount or voucher can be used only once, unless otherwise stated. In case of repeated use, the seller has the right to refuse to recognize the discount or voucher.
In case the value of the gift voucher or discount coupon is higher than the value of the order, the difference is not transferred to a new voucher and the unexpired amount is not refundable.
In case the value of the order is higher than that of the voucher, the difference is paid extra.
