DIRECTIONS OF USE: Helps increase fat metabolism and regulate body weight by burning fat, removing excess water and control your appetite.
The daily intake is as following:
Week 1 - 1 capsule 3 times a day; 15-30min before meal or workout. Preferably to take last serving before 19:00h.
Week 2 - 2 capsules 2 times a day; 15-30min before meal or workout. Preferably to take last serving before 19:00h.
Week 3 - 2 capsules before breakfast;
2 capsules before lunch;
1 capsule before dinner. Take it 15-30min before meal or workout. Preferably to take last serving before 19:00h.
Week 4 - 2 capsules 3 times a day; 15-30min before meal or workout.
Preferably to take last serving before 19:00h.
*one week is 7 days from Monday till Sunday.
** if you don't have experience in sports start the daily intake for Week 1 and continue the use according to Week 2 only.
If you don't feel well when increasing the daily intake capsules, following the week chart program, you can continue taking the serving size as the last week of daily intake until you finish the whole package.
